National Team Manager

Written by HC Alpine at 11:04 11/4-2012

Another happy day for Hc Alpine fans, as Anthony Leutenegger; the long time team manager has become the Canadian National Manager.

"It is a great honor to take over the reigns of such an amazing team. YCO did a good job, but I feel that with the right coaching this team has the ability to place higher than they ever have.""The likes of Erskine Pettis, Solomon Henschel, Titus Stauffer, and new comers such as Bob Lepage and Evan Topper are strong, well rounded riders who are willing to work with each other for a common goal."

I am a bit disappointed with the amount of new Canadian riders coming up, as well as teams, and hope the OCM will fix this issue. A bright team and a hopefully bright future will lead one of the greatest nations on earth to match that in the bike racing world.

  Nothing I could do... =/

Australian Warlord at 15:50 27/4-2012
There were 120 riders in that race YCO, so maybe it's an ranking bug/issue (Switzerland & Romania jumped in after their Div B race).

HC Alpine at 07:38 14/4-2012
Thank you, Warlord. I couldn't agree more.

Australian Warlord at 22:42 13/4-2012
Canada will never be an OCM no1 nation, so the best thing Canucks can do is to include as many of their managers as possible. Having different managers in charge of the Canadian OCM team should be celebrated and welcomed.

YCO at 17:58 13/4-2012
  start by train Canadian rider

HC Alpine at 22:36 12/4-2012
After 6 years of doing a mediocre job I think it's time someone else got a turn. If not for better results, then at least to be fair.

YCO at 21:13 12/4-2012
i totaly disagree this change .....

Australian Warlord at 16:20 11/4-2012
You need to kidnap a few Dutch managers for the Canuck's cause.

HC Alpine at 15:18 11/4-2012
Too bad even Spiridon cant get a top 9 in races he is ranked #1. Seems riders come to Hc Alpine to die.. lol
